Come join us for an evening of mindfulness (Achtsamkeit) with the support of a group setting. Taking inspiration from Zen meditation, I will guide us through 3 types of meditation – sitting, walking, lying down (and OMing).
No previous experience with meditation necessary. Come with a beginner’s mind 🙂
